Shipping Services and Rates

Within the continental US:
Ground Shipping for Continental US 48 states
USPS Priority Mail
International Shipping (including Canada, Alaska and Hawaii)
USPS Global Priority without package tracking or insurance. We cannot be responsible for orders once they have been shipped.
Customers are responsible for any duties or customs fees applied by the destination country.
We are required by law to list the price you paid for our products as the customs amount of the package and to accurately list the contents of your shipment. Upon arrival of your package in your country, you may be contacted to arrange payment of any local duties, taxes, and/or customs charges assessed by your government. Please keep in mind that we have absolutely no control over these charges. On some international shipments a "disbursement" or "advancement fee" is charged by the shipping company. We also have no control over these charges.

If delivery of a package is refused, rejected, or returned for delivery failure, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges.

Cancellations and Shipping Arrival Time

Cancellation of any order may be made within 24 hours from the time the order was placed.
Due to the high number of orders we receive, it typically takes 2 business days for order processing, for some items the shipping may take longer if it states that in the product details
USPS and UPS Ground Delivery will arrive in 4-10 business days depending on location.
International Global Priority will arrive in 7 -10 business days depending on location.
You'll receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking no. when applicable.

Shipping Confirmation

You will receive an email from customerservice@thesillywagon.com notifying you that your order is on the way with the tracking information when available

You may check the status of your order at any time on www.thesillywagon.com at My Account .

Returns

You may return items for a refund or exchange. Given the limited quantities and seasonality of the wonderful clothes we offer, returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. You may return unused items or clothes in their original condition with tags attached, for an exchange or refund
We do NOT accept returns on the following items; swimsuits, holiday, custom made apparel or personalized items.
Sale items may only be exchanged for a different size, if it is available, within 14 days from receipt.

Please note, we will not credit or pay for return shipping on any order unless the item is damaged or incorrect due to our error. We will not accept returns without the return number on the outside of the box. When you do return something, we recommend that you use a shipping method that can be tracked and insured, as we can't process a return we have not received.
Please allow 30 days for ANY refunds or credits to be processed and appear on your statement.

Sales Tax

The Silly Wagon is based in Houston, TX. Sales tax is charged if the shipping address is in TX.

Payment Methods

The Silly Wagon accepts payment via credit cards or Paypal. Please note that when using a eCheck or other payment method which is not cleared immediately, we can not guarantee inventory availability.
