So like, I was saying, I was pondering my chipped finger nail polish and pretty scraggy toenails, when the kids came BURSTING into the "private" room. I was able to push them out, 15 times, and after thinking about it again, realized that in fact I.need.a.spa.day. I tell myself this often throughout a week or month and somehow just never get around to making the appointment. I even occasionally drop in the salon to see if they can take me, and usually walk out swearing that next time I will call ahead.
I have come to the decision that I, in fact, bring the chewed up looking toenails look upon...

Oh yeah, I allow it to get to a critical point with my beauty routine, in general. I even let my hair go...I have pretty short hair and about every 4 months I "decide" I will suffer the indignity that is grwoing my hair out....only to get PMS and go get it chopped off. I often get teased about this by my husband.
