Cupcake, Part 2! YUM

Ok, so I love all things cupcake! I do, it's true. My son Jack does, too, except he calls them pupcakes which makes me want to bake cupcakes everyday just to hear him say PUPCAKE! After posting about the amazing cupcake cake pan , I did some more searching because there is no such thing as too much cupcake. Here is what I found...utter coolness and cuteness and just plain deliciousness
(I say it's a new word?!) Williams Sonoma is going to be giving Sur La Table a run for it's money in the cute cupcake department! Check it out!

Yeah, I know... yet another thank-god-they-deliver-to-my-door item, right! But wait, because it gets better!! So much better! Cupcakes TO GO! Oh yeah, I feel another 10lbs jumping onto my thighs...here are two more cupcake innovations, because, maybe you like your cupcakes the old-fashioned way...hey that's cool, we understand your old-school ways! Here are some great ways to keep it old school in a new way!

These are silicone baking cups. Amazing and fabulous and I love them, although I would have to get way more than just one set so this may be a costly endeavor ($24 for12!), but pretty cute and very modern...Now, go out and BAKE!

Wow! These are too cute! And pupcake? Adorable! I'd be baking them nearly everyday too! Seeing that first picture reminded me of something my grandma used to do & my mom tried it too. You take ice-cream cones, poor the batter in around 1/3 of the way maybe {you may have to do a few to test} and when it poofs up, it looks like a scoop of ice-cream. You frost, add sprinkles & even a cherry or bubble gum ball {depending on age of eaters} to top it off.

Cupcakes do indeed rule! My son is allergic to nuts so we always make sure to pack a homemade cupcake for him whenever we take him to birthday parties. Those single cupcake holders really do work great!

Thanks, you've gotten me in trouble! My kids saw this post and now are forcing me to buy everything so we can stuff ourselves with cupcakes!!! Wait, is that so bad? :)

Great post -- I love cupcakes. Have you seen the Cake Mix Doctor's book on cupcakes? Admittedly, it takes shortcuts, but I've always had success with the recipes.
